We do not accept payment via Western Union: Just keep in mind that Western Union and moneygram are unsafe and unsecure ways to send money. Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off the cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country the money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever.

If you google "Western Union scam", "fraud moneygram scammer" or something similar you will find hundreds of posts from victims and near-victims who lost money via Western Union and moneygram. It is common to lose money, especially Western Union from Malaysia and Singapore

Term Payment & Condition as follows:

To avoid the hassle before departure date or on the date of arrival of your home country. 50% of the deposit or transfer payment is required prior to the arrival date. However, full prepayment will be required during the meetings service on the first day upon your arrival in Lombok, by our representatives in Lombok. Prior to joining the selected trips, cash payments will be accepted for meeting service. All payments can be made in Rupiah (Idr), USD, Euro. Australia, dollars or Pounds, based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please pay in any currency of your country so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah.

Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied, that cancellation is made on 36 hours prior to the departure date. However, there are no refunds for cancellations within 36 hours to the departure date; or for failure to appear at the time of your departure.

Medical Information:

All participants should be fit and healthy! It is recommended that all people with medical problems or diet restrictions please let us know as well, before departure, so they might be met. It is recommended to bring with you any medications, too, some band-aid, antibiotics, aspirin for headaches, etc. (for the tropics)

Your Luggage:

Question: When is the best time of the year to climb Mt Rinjani? And when does the national park mount Rinjani close?
Answer:The best season of the climbing mount Rinjani are April - December. Mt Rinjani National Park closed from January - March due to the heavy rain. Question:Do the porters carry our luggage/backpack to Mount Rinjani?
Answer:No they don't. Porters we provide are in charge to carry all logistic for the trek program only. If you wish, you can pay extra for extra porter to carry your extra luggage at IDR 150,000 per porter per day.
Question: Where can I leave my extra luggage during the trek program to Mount Rinjani?
Answer: You can leave luggage to our coordinators under foot of mount Rinjani. You can have all your luggage back after the trek ends. It's the usual things we do with our guests also with your luggage safe.
